Mona brings over 45 years of professional leadership experience in engineering and community services. With her exceptional education and certifications, she brings a wealth of knowledge as a registered Professional Engineer, holding a MBA, M. Eng, FEC, P. Eng and B.Sc. Her career was filled with innovative technologies and organizations such as the WISE NL, founded by Mona, to embrace females into Science, Engineering professions. Currently, she is the Director Emeritus of WISE NL and acts as a Mentor to over 2500 professionals and new immigrants Canada wide.
